Terrible waited 30 mins for hashbrown... HASHBROWN and at that there was already a woman waiting in front of me for who knows how long if I could give this place a negative star i would.. it was ridiculous there was a whole crowd in the lobby waiting for their food

Honestly never posy reviews. This situation has always been great. Unfortunately, I came to study another day The manager goes up to me and says that the Dunkin lobby is only for the payment of the customer. Doubt, I'll come back with great disregard. Pretty sure it was because I had a Durag on and I am a person of melanin color. 10 years loyalty is what you get.

Terrible. Customer service isn?t good, the young lady taking our order was rude and had an attitude. The reason why you are getting payed is coming out of our pockets. We pay for the food and expect it to be good. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and there was barely any cream cheese. If you hate your job don?t show up to work. I also gave the store a call and the young lady answered, I explained the situation and she proceeded with an attitude and didn?t have a good excuse for why my bagel didn?t have any cream cheese. I asked to speak to a manager and she said there wasn?t a manager at the time. The young man however was really sweet and gave the best service, we need more people like him working there. I don?t recommend coming here and I will not be back. The other dunkin? donuts by my house gives better service.

Any Dunkin that doesn't over cook the hash browns is a 5 star automatically! They were really polite and quick as well .

They have some of the most delicious donuts and some GREAT fresh coffee and other drink options. It’s one of the most go-to places for whenever we need a quick sip of coffee and/or maybe a few donuts just for fun. #SweetTooth #favoritefoods #breackfaststaples
