Brio Tuscan Grille - Lawrenceville

One dish that I always look forward to is the Lobster Bisque; it's simply incredible. It’s rich and flavorful, with just the right amount of spice. The bruschetta sampler was fantastic, and I loved every variety. Each one was packed with flavor, and the bread was perfectly soft, unlike some bruschetta that can be too tough. I ordered the Pasta-Brio, and I absolutely loved it. The pasta was cooked to perfection and seasoned just right — saucy but not overly so. The combination of chicken, mushrooms, spinach, and paprika worked together wonderfully. My father chose the NY Strip, which was cooked perfectly. The potatoes were silky and rich, and the asparagus was grilled to perfection. Everything was seasoned just right. I was sad to see that the crème brûlée was no longer on the menu, so we opted for the vanilla gelato instead. Wow! I've never had such a silky, creamy ice cream; it was incredible! I might just have to order it every time. The staff is always friendly and attentive when I visit, which adds to the overall experience.

This is a lovely restaurant with a good menu. I particularly enjoyed the shrimp appetizer with eggplant and the steak salad; both were great! However, the pasta was quite disappointing. Overall, I would still give at least a 4-star rating for the ambiance, service, and quality of food!

The restaurant features a spacious outdoor dining area that is cozy, beautifully decorated, and offers a lovely view. The waiter was exceptionally friendly and professional, and he spoke several languages. The prices were standard, and the portion sizes were moderate when compared to many places in the USA that serve oversized dishes. They offered a selection of only 5 or 6 types of wine, but they were of good quality.

Brio Grille is quite standard at all locations. The ambience is good at night. New York Steak is definitely worthy and must try! Very expensive too!

I have eaten at Brio on two separate occasions and my experience has always been positive. The waiter (Gabe) was very kind and friendly, the food was delicious, well portioned, and the presentation was very nice. Definitely recommend for a night of fine dining or a special event.
