Great portion sizes, good service and tasty food. The only complaint was how loud the restaurant was. Noise seems to carry easily and it was hard to enjoy conversation at the table. It was something noted by everyone in our party. View all feedback.
What TeamMan doesn't like about Acacia:
Acacia used to be one of my favorite restaurants in the area. No more. On a recent visit, I had Salmon with Spinach (see photo). Disappointing. The salmon was dried out and bland. Ditto for the spinach and rice. My wife had swordfish, which she said was just OK. Our server was friendly and helpful, but not intrusive. I noticed that there are no TA reviews of Acacia in 2023. Received very individualized attention and special consideration for diet restrictions based on health condition. Have been patronizing Acacia for decades and invariably have a great dining experience.
It was my first time eating at Acacia my father's second time. Everything was fantastic from the food , drinks, service atmosphere. I had their dinner special in house made orecchiette pasta with spicy sausage corn in cream sauce. It was spectacular! My father had the Griggstown Brick chicken he described it as really delicious. Our server was very friendly, knowledgeable about the menu specials. They were also very nice in honoringan accommodation with my request to have the cheese left off so I could top it myself at the table. Overall we would highly recommend dining at this wonderful restaurant.
The smashburger was the cheapest grizzly burger meat. My friends pear salad was good. Lovely restaurant but quality of food needs to improve.
Fabulous restaurant with a variety of excellent dishes. Always something for everyone. BYOB.
