The atmosphere is described as friendly and welcoming, with attentive service. The peanut cole slaw is a standout dish, but desserts received mixed reviews. Prices were seen as slightly high, but portion sizes were generous. Overall, Whisky's seems to be a solid choice for a family meal or a date night, with a variety of options on the menu. So, whether you're a fan of ribs or looking for a cozy night out, Whisky's could be worth a visit.
The first time we eat here, but we will definitely return! The staff was fantastic and friendly! They were very nice to my 16-month who wanted to walk around and check everything! Including her mechanical horse! The food was very good.
Helpful and friendly service. Live in indy, but will be back. Love the peanut. Cole slaw and tasty ribs. Not impressed w.the mashed potatoes! Fresh wedge salad.
Delicious Ribs. I dined at Whisky's tonight and was thoroughly impressed with both the food and service. The hostess seated me at the bar, where the waitress promptly took my drink order. Once I had decided on my meal, she was ready to take my order. The bread that came with the meal was a rye type, suitable for a Ruben sandwich but not to my liking otherwise. The salad was fresh and tasty, and soon after I finished it, my ribs arrived. The sauce was flavorful and the meat was tender and fell off the bone. I opted for a half rack, which was just the right amount to leave room for their incredible chocolate covered cheesecake with raspberry sauce. The cheesecake was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area.
We are going there tonight for a dinner! I've never had a bad experience and I absolutely love the family that owns it! Compliments to the chef!!
Best Baby Back Ribs. I work all over the place; spent the first 8 months of the year in Memphis. I'm always looking for good barbecue, so was excited to be in the Memphis area. To my surprise, I found that the best baby back ribs are still the ones at Whiskey's. Their fries are also spiced perfectly to go with bbq. For pulled pork or St. Louis style ribs I'd rather go to Germantown Commissary in Memphis. For baby backs, Whiskey's is it.
