She refused to give me any cup size for 35 cents... read more The staff member was unfriendly. I only had 35 cents and wanted a small cup of ice, which is normally 43 cents. She refused to give me any cup size for 35 cents, which I found ridiculous since she lost a sale over just 8 cents. As a business owner myself, I believe that retaining customers is crucial. I would never disrespect a loyal customer over such a small amount, so I will be taking my business elsewhere.
