One of my favorite sub-locations! I never fail to get horrible service and quality from the big names like Subway and Jimmy John's. But it's always top-notch at Yellow Sub/Planet Sub! My go-to is the creamy crab, but the beefeater is equally good. #sub #sandwich #foodie The kids' meals work perfectly for my kids. They're a great value and hit the spot! #familyfriendly #kidsmeal #yum View all feedback.
What Marie Marr doesn't like about Yello Sub:
Yellow sub is at the top of our list when getting food out, normally I would give them 5 stars, however the sandwich I ordered this past week was a very big disappointment. It was practically all bread with very little inside. Essentially over priced bread. Hopefully this will never happen again! I would truly hate to find another place to get a great sandwich. Love the sandwiches here! I always get a full yello sub. Always delicious. Plenty of meat, fresh bread!

I got the “green turkey” sub and it made me so sick I couldn’t eat anything for at least 24 hours. I had to pick the sandwich apart and I found that the tomatoes, guac, AND lettuce were brown. That explains it. They should probably close down..
The shop is dare I say, nostalgic. It's like a place untouched by time. The food has spirit and soul put into it and is going to be unlike any other sub you've had. The sizes are 12 or 6 inches, but don't let that fool you. It might as well be 8 and 16 inches. They will not skimp you on anything. Overall great experience.
I went here a few weeks back to grab a bite to eat and watch the game. It had been a few years since I’d been in town and stopped by.I walked in and ordered my food with no issues and kind service. I then went to sit down and watch the game to unfortunately find out they have closed 3/4 of the dining rooms. They have about 6 tables open in the main section of the building. The sides were blocked off with chairs and no access. When I pulled up I thought someone was in there watching the game. Turns out it was an employee over there watching the game.Food was still Planet Sub but was not as hot as I would’ve anticipated especially since I sat there to eat.If you go here I’d recommend it being during a slower time of day to get a sandwich not waiting. Also, wouldn’t eat here again until the other rooms are open.It seems as though the inside and upkeep is to difficult.Especially since they are paying for the Cable subscription and not having their customers use it. As well as space that’s going to waste. Can tell the inside has taken a beating and hasn’t done anything inside to help the upkeep of the restaurant.Again I would still order from here, just won’t dine in again. Which is unfortunate cause I travel and won’t be traveling back through this location.
