We’ve been ordering Twisted Fresh since we moved to Lawrence in 2019. We’ve always been satisfied with the quality of food; however, the last couple of times we have gotten Twisted Fresh have been disappointing. We ordered my daughter a medium well burger last time (about 4—6 weeks ago) and it was definitely rare. Superb food, quick service with helpful staff. The brownies are amazing
I was in today, was with a large party so we had to wait a long time, no big deal I can understand that. But there was some new chick working who I've never seen before, a blonde girl. Maybe she doesn't have prior customer service experience but she gave us a horrible impression. I am a regular here and haven't had this experience before, hopefully the new blonde cashier figures out how to work in customer service because I would definitely never come back if I hadn't already had great prior exp … – show
