The Service was fantastic; I met the owner and she was happy to talk about the restaurant and her vision. She was diagnosed with Celiac disease 8 years ago, so she takes great care to make sure everything is gluten and dairy free and to ensure no cross contamination. The restaurant was prestine and has a really good ambiance. The very berry smoothy was VERY tasty and I loved the peanut butter protein balls! I can’t wait to go back!

Both dishes w... read more My husband and I visited T. Loft without knowing much about it, seeking a healthy meal. I chose the Harvest Bowl, and he went for the Primal Bowl. Both dishes were flavorful and prepared with fresh, wholesome ingredients. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, featuring large swings inside that we found really unique. It felt like the perfect spot to relax with a book and maybe even take a nap. Overall, we enjoyed the food, the convenient location, and the friendly staff. The menu offered great healthy options that made our visit memorable.

The design and atmosphere are stylish yet welcoming—not pretentious at all. Prices are very reasonable, and the staff are incredibly kind and always ready with excellent recommendations.

I 'd had the Tortilla (chicken) soup the day before, and had to come back the next day for more! I 'm not gluten free, just like the delish soup, brownrice 'bowl ' and Brain Berry drink. I wish I lived in Lawrence, not just visiting.
