They looked as busy as ever however.. I paid on mobile order app, saw my name pop up after I paid and gave the stall number, then looked away for about 5 minutes talking to my girlfriend and turned to see what was going on and my name was gone, gave it about another 5 mins because, again, I saw that they were super busy and I know how it goes so, ring the button to see what was going on and they did not even have the... Pulled up...hit the button to order....someone's mic turns on to answer...then nothing for 5 minutes.....push the button 2 more times only to hear thru the speaker that the person is heading to charge their Vape in their car......car pulls up next to us....they hit the button ....someone takes their order....I leave at this point....nevermind Sonic, we'll go somewhere else.
The only place I’m going is for the classic shared bananas foster. Aside from the great food, the service was quick, and the customer service was outstanding. Although the system was down, the staff was attentive and took orders the old-fashioned way, with paper and pencil.
What a good personality has her matthew. he was very polite and deserves a pat on the back. I will definitely come back and ask for him
Clean, quick, and professional service—it's a rarity these days!
