Horrible experience first time trying to dine in. I a frequent customer. Was informed due to an event I would be required to pay a cover to dine-in. Then once a hostess approached me I was then informed I could place a to-go order, then was told I would not be served the kitchen was closed. Very bad customer service experience.

We’ve been coming to Ramens bowls for over three years and loved their food in their old location, recently we visited their new establishment and left disappointed. The food tasted the same, but the increased price can’t justify the smaller portion of food. The price difference of 13$ to 18$ isn’t reasonable when the food hasn’t increased or changed.

They've raised their prices recently but the quality has stayed the same, I really like their cute menu magazines though. Their new location is a nice spot with a lot of seating and their staff are really nice! Food can take a bit longer than expected to be out.

Good food, of course prices to high but that seems to be the norm anymore anywhere you go.

Decided to give my favorite restaurant one more shot after two extremely poor food experiences happy to say that the food was delicious these last couple of visits ?. I love the new location! Much more spacious
