Jared manages a smoothly run operation, and Gia and David are usually at the counter when I drop by—they're starting to remember my order, which is such a nice touch. I waited for 25 minutes for just one salad, and when I asked an employee named Keya how much longer it would take, she rolled her eyes and then asked someone to make my salad, which had apparently been overlooked. I get that everyone has off days, but she was openly complaining about her coworkers' placements of the bread right in front of customers, which is totally unprofessional. When she finally called out my order, my brother went to pick up the salad, and she nearly tossed the bag at him. To make matters worse, the salad was completely wrong—none of the modifications I requested were made correctly. What a letdown!

Service is consistently slow—I’ve visited about five times, and each time the experience is the same. Orders take forever, and communication is lacking. Pickup is frustrating too; they act like you’re taking something away from them. On my last visit, I repeated my order twice during pickup, yet still received the wrong sandwich. How does that happen when the receipt has your name and they call it out? I asked for bread as a side and just got a cold piece of baguette with no butter or knife. It’s a bakery, after all—why not warm it up? Honestly, I’d only return to this location if I’m nearby and starving with no other options. It’s really disappointing.

The meal felt sloppy and poorly prepared. I usually love Panera, but I would recommend avoiding this location, especially during busy hours. The rest of the menu is great, but this experience was disappointing.
