I appreciate the hard-working and polite staff, which is why it is a shame that they are wasted here. I get that the restaurant is short busy, but at this point it is for companies to work with the Franchisee and pay employees a fair living wage to work. We had such a pleasant outing at Old Chicago. The evening manager was superbly professional, Our server was amongst some of the best i have had. Our food was cooked to perfection. we always enjoy taking our visiting friends and family on an outing to enjoy old chicago and we are never disappointed.
Food was really good. I will definitely come back. Service was great. Clean restaurant. Kind of expensive but really good. It’s worth it. We were trying something new. My favorite the chicken.
Good atmosphere. Food was good portion size. One plate came out burnt. Staff immediately took it back and redid it.
Love the lemon vinegarrette Tried a new pizza for us. Tuscan chicken spinach. It was really good.
Stopped in for a beer. Both the selection and customer service were great. Bartender and manager made me feel welcomed for my first time there and encouraged my return.
