No big deal, it 's Sunday lots of people... read more Absolutely by far the worst service I have ever received ever. I understand it 's busy,my friend waited for our table. No big deal, it 's Sunday lots of people out and about. We were seated pretty quickly but when we ordered our drinks we weren 't told they were iced. When we mentioned it, she just sat them down with 'oh sorry, no they 're iced only so maybe state that on the menu. Then my friend hadn 't even finished her food, our tickets were brought out and multiple times we were asked if we were done or needed anything else (my friend is still eating). The waitress even flipped over the metal tray looking to see if my friend had added her card. Then after another 10 or 15 minutes I asked for more water and she brought us to go cups and basically asked us to leave. She stated they were busy and people were waiting. We were both stunned. She came by a few minutes later and again asked if we needed anything and if not we needed to go. I told her I understand being busy but have never ever in my life been asked to leave a restaurant because of taking to long. We 'd been there about an hour. I have waited tables and would never have said rhat to a table. I 'm still just floored. So while the food was good, I will never ever return.

Upon arrival we waited several minutes for an host to take our information for the waitlist. Our honey latte and chai drink were iced-when I expressed being surprised that it wasn't hot, the server literally walked away and did not offer to resolve the problem. My friend and I were chatting and had been there under an hour. The server interrupted repeatedly looking for payment and asking what else we needed in an attempt to rush us out. My friend asked for more water and the server returned with 2 to go waters stating it was time for us to go. She said they had a line of customers waiting. We were not there for an hour and had tipped well. I will not be returning. The table next to us was having an issue too and the manager/owner was rude to them. They left without ordering. In these economic times, local businesses should be kind to those that try to support their business.

My review will join the chorus... read more I wouldn’t know how the food is, as the service was so off putting I can’t imagine staying to suffer the rest of the experience. My review will join the chorus of other 1 stars, and it appears that my encounter with staff and management is what passes for normal and acceptable here. It should have been a sign when I walked in and noticed the plethora of available seating that perhaps this wasn’t the spot, but it became abundantly clear that I was unwelcome when my party was ignored, and other guests were sat after walking in behind us. We were not acknowledged, and when we approached a person wearing a Milton’s shirt about a table she informed us that that was “not her job.” The person I thought I was coordinating seating with became deeply invested in doing the dishes as soon as my party was assembled. I saved them all the apparent burden of our presence and left.
