Kfc - Lawrence

I ordered a 16-piece meal expecting the original recipe chicken, but they were out of stock, so I had to settle for extra crispy. I ended up with 4 extra pieces and 8 cookies, but I only received 13 pieces of chicken and no cookies. When I tried to call, I just got a busy signal. Overall, I’m really unhappy with my experience and I won’t be returning. I'm very disappointed in KFC.

Unfortunately, this KFC stands out as one of the worst food establishments I've ever visited. Today, I ordered online for me and my 90-year-old mother, paying for a takeout order about 35-40 minutes before arriving to pick it up using my Apple Wallet. When I got there, I overheard another customer asking if his order was original or extra crispy. Upon looking at his order, I realized he had received the extra crispy option, although he had clearly ordered original. The employee informed him that someone had mistakenly given him the wrong order without confirming. He expressed his dissatisfaction and went to the back, eventually receiving the correct original chicken. As for my order, when I informed the staff about it, they took quite some time to process it. After about five minutes of waiting, I checked in on the status of my order only to be told they were out of what I had ordered. To make matters worse, they claimed they had made the food fresh in-house that day and hadn't prepared anything the night before, which seemed like an odd excuse. I had to go back in to get a refund, as they were unwilling to fulfill my order. This has been my last experience with this KFC, and one of the very worst I've had. I had received warnings from others but chose to give them the benefit of the doubt. From now on, I will heed those warnings and avoid this location completely. Oh, and be cautious while driving through the parking lot; there are some huge potholes that could easily ruin your tires! They earn zero stars from me, as they are just another fallen star in the restaurant world.

After 8 o'clock, they're always out of meat, almost every time I go in. it is very unprofessional not to be prepared

DO NOT GO HERE. Waited 30 minutes for 2 things and then I found hair in my meal.... absolutely disgusted. Employees extremely rude when I git back in drive through 20 minutes into the wait to ask how long it would be, they replied still working on it . I don 't know how this place stays open..
