You really need more stars for this establishment. First, the female bartender is a serious force of nature. She has to be one of the fastest, most proficient, organized and personable bartenders I have ever witnessed. I think she may have octopus arms and a rock solid memory. IMPRESSIVE!!!!!! What Catherine Shenoy doesn't like about Free State Brewing Company:
So sad how far the food has declined. I got the enchilada special. The rice was bad and the beans were inedible. My son got Santiago shrimp pasta. He couldn't eat his either. View all feedback.
Good environment, and surprisingly a short wait on a Friday night for a part of 2. The food was average, nothing g that stood put, which is the reason for 4 stars.

All of the beer I had was tops. My wife said the fish and chips was the best cod she has ever had.
Love love loved this place! The Mac and cheese was top notch, wish I had ordered that and not just for the kids! Dash of pimento makes it extra tasty. Great portions, kids loved everything. Waitress was a spunky young woman with a never ending smile and kind attention to detail. Wish we could have tried more of the menu! Kid-friendliness: Customized our order to avoid things and no charge for splitting things
We had a great dinner last night. We ordered the sausage pasta, along with a side salad. The basil basalmic vinegarette was delicious, the bread had a great flavor as well. Pasta was one of the best that I have had!! Definitely worth going to this restaurant. Very busy on a Monday, so glad we called ahead
