Elaine's Pizza - Lawrence

I placed an online order for a Pasta Combo Dinner with meatballs and chicken, along with a side salad. The service was quick, and the delivery arrived ahead of schedule. The portion size was very generous and the food was cooked perfectly. The only small downside was that they charge an extra $2.95 for garlic bread, which I've noticed is usually complimentary at other restaurants I've ordered from.

My daughter and I stopped in and got the steak shawarma and chicken shawarma a few weeks ago.... IT WAS AMAZING!!! My employer introduced me to their food a little while back and since i had to be in the area i was not going home until I got my 2 favorite meals ??? The staff and atmosphere were very welcoming, pleasant, relaxing, and very friendly and so sweet. I'm not from the area so I cannot get there as much as I would like but I will definitely be back when I can. ???? Thank u guys for an AMAZING meal!!!

Exceptional service, I ordered the veggie pizza and it was delicious, the owner and the staff were super brilliant, I ordered from the delivery area and they still brought my food that made me super happy?. I recommend Elaine's pizza.

I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this restaurant. After placing my order, I was hung up on three times without any information about the cost. When I called to provide payment over the phone, I was disconnected because they don’t accept phone payments. I then called to inform them that someone would come to pay, only to be told to call a different location! I've been a loyal customer for years because their food is fantastic, but after being treated so poorly, I won’t be returning. It’s clear that they lack respect and appreciation for their customers—either they were raised without proper values or simply don’t care. No thanks, I’ll take my business elsewhere!
