What Junius Kuvalis doesn't like about Applebee's Grill:
Walked in at 9:00 and was told a server would be with us. Waited 15 minutes for a server then another 15 for our drinks. Keep in mind, there were only 3 other tables occupied. Ordered food after getting our drinks, and didn’t get our food until 10:45 when they close at 11. When food finally came out it was clear the plates had been sitting under the warmer forever. Arrived on a Monday evening and had the best customer service! anna was a great waitress and made the experience of our applebee top note. great personal and great vibes. will come again not only for eating, but for men!
Management Jolene was awesome, sweet and very helpful, she was down to one cook and two servers doing great as well!!!In this day and age where nobody wants to work Applebee’s and Lawrence is the place to go they’ll serve you and treat you the best way they know how!!! Will always support our community and good people ?
The only thing Good about this place was our server. She was such a doll. I was taught you eat what you are given. If that had not been so imbedded into me I would have returned the food after the first bite. I ate about half my ribeye which was covered with black pepper. Worst steak ever. Idk how to mess up broccoli but they did. The potatoes tasted like instant already made potatoes you buy at the store. I wish I had stayed home.Now the appetizers are something to rave about. Best cheese sticks I've had in a long time. The chicken tacos OMG. A bit spicy for me but it was soooo worth it. Wings I could do without the barbeque sauce but it was still good. We will go back just for the appetizers.Like I said our server was amazing. She was so sweet and so kind. Ella M if you get to see this YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Your service alone made it worth coming in. You should be teaching people how to do this job. Absolutely amazing.
The service was so slow. I think they were understaffed but it took probably 30 minutes to get any drinks. The food was below subpar. Our waitress was doing the best she could but my party and I will never be returning here. very disappointed.
You have a manager Jolene. She is the best hands down! So attentive to her guests and her staff. She is so caring and checking in on everyone making sure they have a great day at work as well as the guest are happy! The food is always great when we go in which is weekly by the way! We will keep returning!
