I wrote a fantastic review for them in 2017, but my experience in 2020 was completely different. Oh my goodness! I can't even express how awful my meal was at this Applebee's. It was just a disaster...
I would discourage you from visiting this restaurant. The service is subpar, especially when it comes to drink orders, and the staff is not very friendly. It was clear that they were not interested in having us there. I recommend looking elsewhere.

Walked in at 9:00 and was told a server would be with us. Waited 15 minutes for a server then another 15 for our drinks. Keep in mind, there were only 3 other tables occupied. Ordered food after getting our drinks, and didn’t get our food until 10:45 when they close at 11. When food finally came out it was clear the plates had been sitting under the warmer forever. Hamburger bun was crispy, fries were soggy, salad was warm, and the plates were too hot to touch. Paid way too much for the experience that we had.
The service was so slow. I think they were understaffed but it took probably 30 minutes to get any drinks. The food was below subpar. Our waitress was doing the best she could but my party and I will never be returning here. very disappointed.
