The ambiance is relatively pleasant but the quality of pastries and cakes is average. The coffee is nothing to write home about either. But the main problem here is the service. I've been several times and the lack of attention to detail is recurrent: poor listening skills when taking the orders and rather curt demeanor in dealing with the customers. Also, given the limited size of the place, it is quite unacceptable to leave tables unclean for longer that a couple of minutes. I would suggest some staff training to achieve efficiency as well as courtesy. Prices are fair though and in line with the products on offer.
This coffee shop became my local since moving to Italy. There are not enough words to describe how wonderful this place is! The location, staff, service food beverages are all exceptional. I would not start my day without stopping by for a cup of coffee or a snack. The friendly staff made me feel at home, they know me by name I know them by name. I highly recommend this place. Really delicious cake (crostata con frutta), beautifully decorated and excellent service.
Ottimo. anche per uno spuntino veloce. prima, acqua dolce e caffè. deliziosi dolci e colazione valida.
Fantastico! pasticcini e gelati, pizza trancio, tutti deliziosi. il personale è giovane e molto gentile. Prezzi onesti. raccomandato.
