They co... read more For the first time in 20 years as a customer of Wawa, I ordered my food and they forgot to prepare it! When I inquired about it, the staff became upset. They completed seven orders after mine! My refund was a hassle, and the manager, Kaitlin, seemed unhelpful and unavailable.

Most things nee... read more For one of the busiest places to visit (especially during, say, lunch in July), this Wawa consistently pumps through a huge volume of customers. Most things needing to be made by an employee are ordered via in-store kiosk or the Wawa app. This makesit clear what you want on your sandwich but takes away any personal ordering (which is great for some people and not so much forothers). Quality is consistent. This isn't a restaurant but it's several notches above most gas/convenience stores. Our stopfor morning coffee and the standby for any last minute lunch options.
