a 2-night evening in a warm setting (nearly chimney lamps) ,discovered from this multi-spot chef, to the very fine cuisine .mention special for dessert . you just have to be warned of a slight waiting time between the dishes because the chef is alone.Frankly it is not embarrassing and it allows to take time. and a unique menu to look on the net before (what we did). We celebrate a birthday 65 of my sister 28 august on the auberge) we are seven people in this age, and we enjoy and love ambiente, high service levels and all unique menu creation. this table has at least 1 michelin star.
It's probably one of the best meals I've ever done. from the beginning to the end was original and perfectly to my taste. The mouths were tasty, the mussel with the sauce was a real surprise, the onion with chorizo too. fish and meat were perfectly cooked and they had subtle but original flavors. One or two scales were on my fish but it didn't ruin my pleasure. the wine list is also very interesting. The chef is alone in the furnaces and at the service, he manages everything from a to z, very nice turn of strength, we can only congratulate him but then we also have to plan much more time for the meal. We strongly recommend this restaurant to the beautiful setting and excellent cuisine.
Small menu of evening very efficient at less than 40 €. the winery is always as short but all the wines in it are perfectly chosen. very pleasant patio tonight. for the dishes a little reproach for the calf. the pieces served to my wife and I had not been properly trimmed and it had to be fought to cut them.
The chief takes care of everything, service, sommelier, it's a bit destabilizing and limiting in terms of covered served, so you have to book. On the menu side the choice is limited to 2 menus (round 30 and 40 €). on the more expensive menu, it adds a second dish and cheese. On the wine side, the prices are correct and nice discoveries.In the plate, it is very good to the excellent. good cooking and flavors with Asian touches.To discover.
