Thai Express - Laval

I rarely leave bad reviews, I got a burrito bowl delivered, and it was so bad : dry rice, burnt chicken, tiny guacamole portion (paid extra) and no Salsa! I used to like this place so I hope it will get better!

Food portions very disappointing were cut by more then 1/2. What use to be a burrito that was example 12” became 6” with half the food. Person doing serving no character. I enjoyed it when first opened portions were worth the price now totally ripped off. Felt I was like in prison only getting 1/2 a scoop of all dressings. Not thinking of going back. So sad cut on portions but not price. Thank god Amir was next door.

Excellent service. In response to not having the cream sodas that we had ordered, they not only replaced them with grape sodas, but also added cookies and a small apology for their shortage. Kudos to the team!

Used to be my favourite Mexican place, i wont go back again ever. Stale food :the rice in the burritos were like eating small stones ,chicken had bones in it ?, size of taco/burritos have been significantly reduced half of what they used to serve. Waste of money spent almost $50 for nothing.

The only Mexican thing is the name? pretty sure the boss of this place is not Mexican (shame on him) With the price I paid, I’d rather spend it on lottery tickets?‍ And by the way, how do you expect me to eat all my 16 churros with 4 nutella chocolates samples? Yeah, they’re small I know?
