The staff who take your order wear the same gloves and touch everything, including money and screens, before handling your food. I was extremely disgusted, but the girl serving us seemed to think we were in the wrong. The food tastes as though it has been dragged along the floor. The counters and screens are filthy, and sometimes they use their hands to assemble the burritos, using the same gloves that have touched everything else. It would be nice if they at least pretended that the food was clean. I would recommend going to Ke Pasó Mexigrill near Place Bell instead, as they are much cleaner, attentive, and professional, and their food tastes much better. Don't settle for garbage - go to Ke Pasó.

Both burritos we ordered were cold, even though we picked them up ourselves and only live 10 minutes away. It was a hot day outside, and there was no air conditioning in the restaurant, making it uncomfortably warm. The only positive was that the staff was friendly, but I do not plan on returning.

I use... read more I rarely leave bad reviews, I got a burrito bowl delivered, and it was so bad : dry rice, burnt chicken, tiny guacamole portion (paid extra) and no Salsa! I used to like this place so I hope it will get better!
