However, others had a positive experience, with one customer particularly impressed by the fresh and tasty burgers. My husband spoke about Smart Burger for so long so I decided to finally give it a try! I already had high expectations but it was better than I thought! I would definitely go back again!
Carrefour laval smart burger..first of all..the guy at the counter with is baseball hat backwards should not be there at all..the three guys working there don't like there job. and you can see it in there food..my hamburger was cold and my french fries were half cook..and for the comment it had too be writen by someone working there. a year ago it was good but in the las two months its gettin worse..sorry smart burger..your food and service now sucks!!!!
It's a little fancy but the burger are great ! the fries are large and they taste good too! it's a very good burger place !
The burger buns were stale, the meat overcooked, the drinks flat, and the Bourbon combination was terrible, almost tasting like plastic. When I raised my concerns to the Greek supervisor, he was rude and dismissive. I paid $12 for a potato, which was disappointing. And to top it off, their phone is unreachable. It's a shame, I will not be returning.
I visited a restaurant located in a mall. It was quite busy when I arrived, with long lines everywhere. Not being from Canada, I decided to try Poutine for the first time and paired it with a delicious cheeseburger with Brie. The menu had signs in both French and English. It took a bit of time for my order to be ready as the burgers were being cooked slower than the orders were coming in. When my meal finally arrived, about 8-10 minutes later, I found the burger to be impressively fresh and tasty. The toppings were also excellent. The Poutine was okay, but I probably wouldn't order it again. One thing I appreciated about this restaurant, and the others in the food court, was that they served food on real dishes with real utensils and drinks in glasses unless it was takeout. It would be great to see more places follow this example.
