This really affected my experience, particularly because I intended to spend the evening studying. On a brighter note, the service was outstanding, and the coffee was enjoyable. They deserve praise for that.

I'm still disappointed with the hospital-like decor they chose for the interior five or six years ago. It’s not cozy during the winter and uncomfortable in the summer, leading most customers to prefer sitting outside. I can't blame this on COVID since the decor change happened long before 2020. I really don’t understand why they decided to make a coffee shop look like a medical clinic. Laval could use more coffee options, as there isn’t enough competition around. Ultimately, it feels like you're settling for mediocrity.

In other establishments, they typically rectify the issue by fixing the drink, replacing it, or offering a refund. This experience left me feeling very frustrated, and I've decided not to return. The customer service was awful—I would rate it a 0/10. I had planned to order dessert, but their attitude completely ruined my appetite!

I tried the oat milk latte, and it was rich and creamy, with a delightful hint of burnt flavor from the coffee. I highly recommend this spot to anyone seeking top-notch coffee. Their snacks are also some of my favorites from various coffee shops. It’s definitely worth a visit!
