On mange bien à Montréal ! A delightful dining experience! Our meal was a delightful blend of classic Italian fare and innovative dishes from the chef. The service was friendly, efficient, and stylish. The wine list was both affordable and well-curated. Without a doubt, the best Italian restaurant in this area of the city!
This restaurant is interesting with appealing decoration and a welcoming atmosphere. We started with the proposed appetizer, the roasted tomatoes topped with cheese and arugula wrapped in prosciutto; it was interesting! The roasted calamari that followed, however, was disappointing. It looked and tasted like undercooked frozen calamari, so we tried a bit and left it. The main course was not much better, with my ossobuco sitting in a watery sauce from pasta that wasn't properly drained, and one guest's steak was a thin, tasteless piece of meat. The other guests were polite and did not comment on their meals, but most of them left a fair amount of food on their plates. Overall, we may have just had an off night as there were no other customers in the restaurant that evening...or perhaps that was the reason for the subpar meal.
This restaurant is a gem in the east end of Montreal. It is probably the most visually stunning restaurant in that area. The service was fantastic and the food was delicious. It is a great venue for hosting large events, as the back space is beautiful and perfect for any type of party. Overall, a real delight to dine at.

This is an interesting restaurant, appealing décor and inviting. We sampled the suggested appetizer which was roasted pineapple 7 tomato, covered with a piece of cheese and arugula wrapped in prosciutto; interesting! Followed by fried calamari…..deceiving, it looked and tasted like undercooked frozen calamari, we sampled and left it. Main course was less attractive, my ossobuco was sitting in an inch of water from the pasta not drained properly, one of my guests had their best steak…. a half inch tick (if that much) piece of flavorless beef. The other guests were polite and did not comment on their meal but ended up leaving the better part of it in their plate.Overall deceiving, we may have been there on an off night as there were no other patrons in the restaurant that evening….or could that be the reason???
