By far the best meal in our 18 day Quebec adventure! Staff we incredible, food was incredible. I had a veal cutlet in a peppercorn sauce with fresh veggies, partner had an off the menu gluten and dairy free cutlet with asparagus and lemon with some gluten free noodles both dishes we prepared and presented with professional care and tasted fantastic. We also enjoyed one of the best red wines we’re ever had, and we’ve had some good ones! This was a 2017 Amarone della Valpolicella classico by Lenotti, which was stunning! The wine list is extensive with lots to choose from regardless of budget.Highly recommend Amato you don’t want to miss it!Dietary restrictions: Accommodated partner’s dairy and gluten restrictions with ease and no loss of quality or flavour very well done!
