Inside Sheraton Laval hotel is La Piazza, it is a buffet style supper. It is excellent, one of the best in the montreal area. Soup, salads, cold cuts, smoked salmon, shrimps, fried calamari, pasta,meat and superb dessert selection.

This place is terrible. The food is insanely salty, clearly of the past kind of salty. All meat was dry. The $21 fish and chips come with a tiny fish stick smaller than your pink, but a complete bowl with tartaric acid sauce for them. There are many local options to check. Skip the restaurant when you stay at Sheraton. Eating is rough. Server even admitted that the soup was salty because it was from the day before and they had the same problem in the night before.
