It was already on my bucket list to try their ramen. It was delicious and well served (more proteins than I usually see in other ramen shops). I do recommend their Tonkotsu Ramen as it was the best dish that we got.Service is not great though.
The variety of dishes this restaurant offers is incredible! It is a fusion of Japanese and Vietnamese dishes, offering pho, ramen, and much more. The ramen bowl is paired with half an egg, some herbs, nori, and fried onions. The broth is deliciously rich and creamy. I really enjoyed the flavorful and tender grills.
We went for the first time at this restaurant, the 6 of us voted a solid 4,6.From the things we really liked was that the ramen are not too salty (like a Kinton Ramen) or that the brith was not too heavy, while still having a rich flavour. The Ramens are really good, where it was not as great was the Ramen Eggs (Ajitsuke Tamago) they tasted blend. We ordered via the webpage and the system got mixed up a bit, so one of us was served kind of long after every one else as the system noted a Tonkatus instead of the spiced miso. The chashu is really good, much better then what is served at Kinton, almost as good as the one from Kazo Ramen. If you are a Ramen geek fan and you are in Laval this is the hands down the place to go. Probably Laval's best Ramen noodle bar.
