Was Anderson Ryoiti Santos Sato at KÒi Noodle a mag?
It was already on my bucket list to try their ramen. It was delicious and well served (more proteins than I usually see in other ramen shops). I do recommend their Tonkotsu Ramen as it was the best dish that we got.Service is not great though. View all feedback.

What Claude Neunlist dislikes about KÒi Noodle:
Worst ramen soup that I ever had. I drove 25 km to go pick it up. Almost felt like driving back to dump the two soups back. This is anything but a ramen soup. Noodles taste like the noodles from a cup a soup. The one slice of pork that was put on top of my tonkotsu looked and tasted like anything but the pork you normally find on a ramen soup. Same for the karaage chicken soup. Everything tasted fake and wrong. Both... View all feedback.

The variety of dishes this restaurant offers is incredible! It is a fusion of Japanese and Vietnamese dishes, offering pho, ramen, and much more. The ramen bowl is paired with half an egg, some herbs, nori, and fried onions. The broth is deliciously rich and creamy. I really enjoyed the flavorful and tender grills.

We went for the first time at this restaurant, the 6 of us voted a solid 4,6.From the things we really liked was that the ramen are not too salty (like a Kinton Ramen) or that the brith was not too heavy, while still having a rich flavour. The Ramens are really good, where it was not as great was the Ramen Eggs (Ajitsuke Tamago) they tasted blend. We ordered via the webpage and the system got mixed up a bit, so one of us was served kind of long after every one else as the system noted a Tonkatus instead of the spiced miso. The chashu is really good, much better then what is served at Kinton, almost as good as the one from Kazo Ramen. If you are a Ramen geek fan and you are in Laval this is the hands down the place to go. Probably Laval's best Ramen noodle bar.

The appetizers were hot, freshly made (spring tolls and calamari). The soups were HUGE! Both my friend and I had to bring half of it home. I like the decor and the lady who served us was friendly.
