Located in Ste-Rose, this BYOB restaurant specializes in fusion cuisine blending Oriental and French recipes. Their monthly-changing menu offers excellent quality food and service at a reasonable price. You will not be disappointed.

This restaurant is worth revisiting, as I enjoyed my last birthday celebration here 9 months ago. The food is exceptional, showcasing Chef Gerald's creativity and ability to blend flavors perfectly. The service is top-notch and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend dining here.

I was looking for a place for Christmas dining for my very small research team (4) that would not only be well located for all, but that would offer a different culinary experience. After a few searches on food websites, I found Fuzion Zen; Asian with a difference and a wife with a love of Asian food. Let's try it! Upon our arrival in the snowy parking lot, we were greeted by a parking attendant with a smile. We entered what looked more like a European restaurant than an Asian one. The waitress had definitely nothing Asian about her, but she knew the menu top to bottom and was extremely friendly and attentive as opposed to the too-common these days "Don't care except for the tip" attitude. The recommendations were excellent, the food while different in Asian terms, was surprising by its mixture of styles and spices, very good, a little on the heavy side, but definitely worth it. The team was pleased and the bill was totally honest in addition to the fact that you can bring your own wine. I do strongly recommend Fuzion Zen and shall definitely be back.

Rarely do I think I can get any better and this place out of nowhere elevates to a whole new level!Yes this wonderful little place as a chef that scratch makes everything fresh and perfect, never will you have a better tasting general Tao chicken or dumplings, wow it was so good I even eat my wife's plate.Can't wait to go back and try the rest of the menu.
