We have ordered multiple times and each time has been perfect! The food is delicious and beautifully presented with unique dishes. The staff is friendly and the service is quick, with orders ready in less than 48 hours. The prices are very reasonable for the high quality of the products, even cheaper than other donut places I've visited. Thank you and we will definitely be returning soon. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Chantilly Beignes Bistro:
Donuts are very good but terrible service. I called to place an order but they wouldn’t take it because they wanted to leave early even though it says they are open until 7. I wanted to go for 5pm and they refused my order. People work not sure what kind of service this is if I can’t order donuts. Twice I’ve gone on other occasions at around 3pm and there is only 2 or 3 donuts left View all feedback.
If they order a event (6 or 12 or more donuts), make sure to order the order at least one day, either online or by calling* I drove from the eastern part of laval all the way to Sainte-Dorothée and was very glad that I did. I think I found my new "go-to-dessert" place. presentation, quality and service were all 10/10 for me. I bought 6 donuts for less than $20 (including tipp (while they are donuts, they are actually the size of small cake lol)

Been there on the past and had no complaints but it's been twice already now that I call or go in place and they tell me it's sold out. They close at 9: 00pm on weeknd and two times now I go around 5:00 and 5:30 and they're sold out no more donuts. Bake more your demand is there. Very disappointing. Not sure I will be going back.
We were in Laval and found this place through Google search. But, let me tell you it’s worth a drive wherever you are! We were able to customize our box of donuts on the spot and only waited 10 minutes while they were freshly decorated. Service was so friendly and ingredients are top notch. I have to agree with a previous reviewer…these donuts are WORTH IT!!!
