The quality of the meal was excellent and the service was friendly and flawless. All our family were delighted with the experience. We will do this again.

The staff appeared disinterested and indiffer... read more My recent dining experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. From the outset, the service was poor. The staff appeared disinterested and indifferent, leading me to question their commitment to customer satisfaction. It took an exceptionally long time for anyone to take our orders, bring our food, or provide water refills throughout the meal. Adding to the frustration, the manager's attitude was downright disrespectful. Instead of addressing our concerns, the manager acted rudely and seemed to take pleasure in belittling us. Their lack of professionalism was disheartening and left a negative lasting impression. The wait for our food was excruciatingly long, and when it finally arrived, it was merely average. The dishes lacked flavor and the presentation was subpar for a restaurant of its caliber. It was evident that little care was put into the food quality. This entire experience has convinced me to never return to this establishment. The poor service, disrespectful manager, and lengthy wait for mediocre food have compelled me to advise others to avoid this restaurant. Dining out should be a pleasant experience, but unfortunately, this restaurant failed to meet even the most basic standards of customer satisfaction.
