Should have read the reviews before ordering overpriced coffee and muffin. Middle aged man at counter arrogant, felt like I was bothering him. Coffee was the worst I’ve ever had and muffin was a day or two old. Change your staff, and quality of products. Don’t waste your money. View all feedback.
Worst experience. Worst customer service. The owner guy or the guy at cash middle age man is so arrogant and angry at customers without any reason. He deserve 0 in customer service skills.I felt totally unwelcoming, unpleasant with his service. He looks at me; to be honest literally staring at me wanting me to just leave. His expressions were as if why did i even come to his cafe. why am i even buying his food. unclean tables, food poisoning probability 100% combined with this middle aged guy makes this place a total garbage and disgrace cafe. Totally disgusting experience from this middle aged guy at the counter. you should be thrown out of the food and hospitality industry business.
Your are a biggest blackmark and the black spot interms of customer service or being human and horrible food taste. Unless you have white skin avoid this place. The owner or the guy at the cash counter looks at the skin with all the prejudice in the world. I am paying you for the food so don’t give me your looks or attitude and keep your arrogance in your pocket. You are a terrible human/Terrible owner, complete disgrace to humanity. I am referring to the guy at the cash counter middle age probably 40ish. You should be banned from opening the restaurant or working in a customer service industry. Avoid this guy please. He should be banned from customer service industry.
The location is beautiful but the service is very bad and the manager is very very rude
I should have checked the reviews before ordering the overpriced coffee and muffin. The middle-aged man at the counter was quite arrogant, making me feel like I was a nuisance. The coffee was the worst I’ve ever tasted, and the muffin seemed a day or two old. It's time to rethink your staff and the quality of your products. Save your money and look elsewhere.
It's disappointing that the service is slow, lacking warmth and empathy.
