This was a horrible experience! The music was too loud, the decor was too garish, and the waiter was careless. I couldn't even enjoy my meal with all these distractions. The dishes looked nice but lacked flavor. The spiciness was overwhelming, I could barely finish my food. My lips were left burning! A beautifully decorated restaurant. A must see. There was no one in the restaurant. Service was awful. A off my list of places to visit.
We got a banana strawberry crepe. And I got a Mitad Mitad.The crepe itself was a little too chewy for our taste, and I found they didn't add enough pistachios. The Mitad Mitad tasted as if it was burnt.As you can see from the pictures, it's dim in there. I like it and I don't. I like it because of the vibe it gives, but I dislike it because you can't necessarily see the way you would in proper lighting.Also, it is a very small place.The service was ok. It was pretty late at night, so maybe that's why it was a little slow. But our waitress was polite.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, when we went in there was a family there with so many children. The kids were running back and forth.Parking: There are a few parking spots available. Allons Burger is right next door, so I'm assuming it's shared. I didn't notice any signs restricting anyone from parking. But across there's also a very big parking lot that belongs to Centre Saint Martin, I don't see the harm in parking there, especially after hours.
I really like the ambiance of this restaurant, their food and milkshakes are unique and delicious. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming.
