From the start, however, the... read more Four of us were there for dinner on March 19, 2022. The sun was shining and we were looking forward to a relaxing place in the sun. From the start, however, the boss swarmed domestic guests inside to uncomfortable mini tables in the middle of the aisle, even though half of them were still free outside. We were so stupid and still stayed for dinner. So we were able to observe this spectacle for a longer period of time and it wasn't just our snapshot. We ordered 2x Cordonbleu with fries and vegetables, 1x barley soup and 1x Rösti. The cordonbleus were both cut into pieces (we were fobbed off with half..... and cold and the fries were lukewarm and far dry felt like they were yesterday. The vegetables consisted of 3 leaves of spinach and 2 cherry tomatoes on a saucer. The barley soup wasn't hot either and tasted more like cream than anything else. And last but not least, the Rösti was so salty that it was almost impossible to enjoy. We are extremely disappointed to have received such poor service at such a prestigious location. We can only hope this was a huge blip... If there were minus stars to be awarded: this “restaurant” would have received many of them. Really bad! Shame on you!

The level of hospitality was excellent, and... read more With the train from Jungfraujoch, our atmosphere, if possible, was further improved by our visit to this restaurant. The level of hospitality was excellent, and we had no problem getting a gluten-free dish for our company where one of...us celiac disorders have. Everyone was happy and enjoyed everything that was served. The view is, of course, absolutely stunning, eating outside and we didn't really want to go.
