Great tiny hotel, nice rooms and great duvet and pillows. Breakfast was simple, French and nice. Sadly dinner was disappointing. No taste and the soup was one of the tasteless soups I have ever tried and noodles heavily overcooked. The curry and the pasta dishes were similar, no flavour and overcooked. This is a review for the restaurant of this hotel. Knowing the chef is Japanese, I ordered the udon bowl. Hands down the worst I’ve had in my life and I travel to Japan often. To add insult to injury, expensive. I didn’t give one star due to location of the restaurant. View all feedback.

We just spent a week at this wonderful hotel! The staff is exceptional and we were given a warm welcome during every interaction. The breakfast buffet was scrumptious with freshly baked goods, Swiss hot chocolate, juices, meats/cheeses, and an assortment of fresh fruit. The location of the hotel is excellent and the views from the breakfast room and adjoining restaurant are exceptional. Luxurious lines were much appreciated. Special recognition goes to employees Ana and Laurie for always being so helpful and cheerful. They made us feel so welcome and taken care of. The manager, Yasmin, does a great job to ensure guests are happy and comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Rooms: Luxurious linens, super clean facilities Walkability: Very centrally located to train and cable car stations,
Superbly renovated hotel, a mass of creativity and nods to the history of the place and the surrounding mountains. Everything is chosen and thought out with care and it shows, bedding, lighting, furniture, graphics, crockery, breakfast, FT weekend for enlightened travelers and the perfect balcony ashtray for the French smokers. Breathtaking view from the restaurant outdoor terrace and in the Jungfrau room, great welcome by Rémi and all the staff, thank you, we need more hotels like this. Mürren can be a bit Disneylike in the summer but you can escape the crowd almost instantly on magnificent hiking trails.

We recently visited for dinner and waited 15 minutes and no one so much as brought us water. They seated us and made eye contact with us several times. The first time we have ever got up and left a restaurant. What a shame, the Bellevue was a spectacular establishment. Service: 2 Hotel highlights: Great view
