As a student two centuries ago, I used to visit L 'Evèch ' as we called it at least twice a week. Medieval-looking wall frescoes might persuade you that the place has been here as long as the nearby Cathedral, but in reality opened in 1952. We took the good moitiè-moitiè fondue, served with bread and a characteristic fork, a shame about the pieces of garlic found on the bottom which were not easily identifiable. To take it there must be at least two of you (I don't understand why if you consider that it is served in a small pan and therefore easily divisible) but I think everyone does this!
