Working at the CHUV just a stone's throw away, I regularly have lunch or dinner in this tea room. This is an establishment with excellent homemade products. The staff is attentive, competent and very pleasant. In short, I can only recommend this establishment. View all feedback.
What kadri fat doesn't like about Cafe La Gourmandise Nicolas Rochat:
Coffee at the end expresso sock juice.. the worst in Lausanne I think.. the lady where the boufffff service is not at all cool.. in stress with a total of four customers.. I don't remember before how it was about service .. but this is sure to be the last time : View all feedback.
I went there on Friday 09.06, I arrived before two large tables and I was alone. I waited a very long time for the waitress to walk past me and barely say hello. I was patient, I said to myself since these are large tables it's normal to wait but after all that a lady arrives and she is served directly before me even though I had been waiting for a while . I find this unacceptable. It’s really about serving the customer. Hire worthy people to serve people in the order they come, not at the top of the customer. I won't go back there anymore.
