Our experience at BDS was perfect from start to finish. Attentive and unobtrusive the service was perfect. Food was beautiful at each course and also lovely to see the students being continually coached, encouraged and supported in their hospitality journey. A truly special experience. View all feedback.
What שרון רבקש doesn't like about Le Berceau des Sens:
Coming back this year, as I loved my first experience at BDS. This time as lunch and not dinner. I specified that I only had one hour and was assured to have time, however I had to leave without having desert (but paid for it)...due to a late start of the service team. A shame as the dish was excellent. View all feedback.
Delicious lunch, perfect service and great atmosphere. Eye for detail and perfect taste. I highly recommend!
The restaurant has got the Michelin star lately The uniqueness of that pace is that you are getting to the university of hospitality, the best in Swiss Are you are served by the bright and talented students of the best in the world university The...process is controlled by the experienced experts But the young guys knows what they are doing On top, everything is really very tasty, perfectly decorated and well thought over Also try desserts: those are really perfect I would strongly recommend this unique combination of atmosphere, quality and style
We had been in berceau des sense at three earlier locations, but all before they secured a star in the Michelin guide. we returned in nov. 2021 for a wedding anniversary dinner and this time decided to eat à la carte. the prices have risen steeply since the star rental, but this is to be expected. our appetizers grilled otopus, frog legs, sashimi de st. jacques were good to very good, standing with the frog legs. my daughter was good, but my turbot main course was a little under season. the fish was boiled exactly, but the truffle crust and sauce were a little dirty. we had a bottle of chateau l’evangile 2015, which was really raised and worth every centimeter. service here is from the students of the hotel school so that they can experience some up and down flights. what was less positiw was the problem of finding a suitable parking place (the old restaurant parking is not available) and a avoidable error with the bill that we pointed out (charged seven netzen and four starters instead of seven starters and four netzens) and which on this level should not pass,
What a great restaurant! if you are in the genfer or lausanner area, you have to try. they need to plan their visits as reservations are required, but this is a great restaurant that is served not only by their top staff, but also by the students of the prestigious ehl school. what an experience! highly recommended, it is worth it.
