I've been here since the opening and had no bad experience. they are all really nice, maybe some of the customers could be more considerate and not their throats for something that can not be helped if they have not opened too long. if you are so impatient, make your own coffee. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
While I enjoyed the coffee, I was disappointed that the management locked the doors preventing customers from picking up their mobile orders. Instead, they preferred for customers to drive to the window, even in the rain, rather than allowing them inside as indicated by a sign on the door. This restaurant provided a truly magical experience with a live tiger near the bathroom. I assume the tiger was there for security reasons. The food was also outstanding, with a delicious 12-ounce steak cooked exactly how I asked for it, medium rare.
It is unacceptable for a restaurant restroom to be so dirty in the early morning. It was 11:15am and most customers were at the drive-thru. The lobby area was nice, but unfortunately, I had to use the restroom and it was filthy. It seemed like it had not been cleaned in a long time. My husband mentioned that the men's restroom was also dirty. The employees must use the same restroom so I am sure they are aware of the condition. We will not be returning to that restaurant.
I recently visited this Starbucks location around 8:15 and I was extremely impressed by the exceptional customer service. Despite being very busy, the staff managed to quickly fulfill orders while maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude. The cashier, in particular, was a standout - incredibly kind and wonderful. I regret not getting her name so I could commend her specifically, but regardless, Starbucks is fortunate to have her on their team.
Waited in line like your supposed to; staff waited on a regular customer before me.??????? I finally asked if I could give my order, 2 people said they weren't clocked in yet. (So, why are you out behind the counter, if not ready to go to work??? The girl that did take my order got it mixed up, then asked me if I wanted coffee in my frappuccino. The staff are out of this world funny an a joy to listen to while I sit an study. It's very clean an peaceful.
