I didn't get the chance to visit this restaurant myself, but my mother, sister, and I used to frequent it for parties or a quick meal after a long week. The food used to be very good, and we were always impressed by how they made the carrots taste so sweet when we were kids! I would love to go back one day for the nostalgia. The building's view may have been questionable, but the dining experience was fantastic!

The atmosphere was always great, with a large kimono on the wall, a waving cat at the register, and paintings of geishas and other Japanese decor on the tables. Taki is a good and affordable Japanese spot in Scotland County, and one of the best in the area.
