Firehouse Subs Henry St - Laurinburg

Our first time inside and I must say I was extremely expressed!! The store was very clean, we were greeted with a smile as soon as we walked in the door!! A young man by the name of Hayden took our order and he was very respectful and kind. The food was delish!! We will Def. Be regulars.????

Great place for delicious sandwiches. First time at this place and would recommend to anyone. The staff are very friendly and make it their goal to provide good customer service.

More than a 50% chance if you customize an order it will be wrong when you get it. Out of the 8 times I?ve ate here 6 have been incorrect. This most recent time, got ranch on a sub that does not come with it and I didn?t ask for it! Took back in and it seems they didn?t even fix it!!!!!!!! I am likely to not eat here again for quite a while until they can learn to pay attention to an order ticket, this Laurinburg location. No surrounding location has given me these

This was my first time eating at this location food was good but I didn't get everything on my sub that I requested, they fix their error but the young lady that took my order was rude. I think if you don't like your job or unhappy with life please don't take it out on the customer I expect great service everywhere I go, because its my money that is paying your company.
