Bojangles - Laurinburg

It was a quick pass at the drive thru and I must say that the food was hot and fresh upon ordering but the only down side was they gave me the wrong order and it wasn't spicy it was hot as Hades and I didn't like that at all. It was so hot my chicken was literally the color of hot sauce

Fast service but probably due to terrible food (no one wants bad food)! The lady taking my order acted as if I was inconveniencing her by asking questions regarding the amount of pieces the chicken comes in. Chicken was dry and shriveled up, it had been reheated way too many times. Rice was a mixture of fresh and old and greasy. I feel that I wasted money and I doubt if I return. When I called the store all the manager could tell me was that they had fresh chicken, no offer to replace what was given to me.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Only got fries and tea but a pleasant stop!

The chicken is good the dirty rice and bo berry biscuit are good

All these fast food places suffer the same problem the food has no taste, probably in the effort to get the maximum profit. Prior the Bojangles I visited the Kentucky Fried Chicken, it was even worse there, how much their food deteriorated in 20 years.
