We have visited this restaurant many times in the past with our office group, family, or as a couple, but this is my first review. I won't go into detail about the food, as it is very traditional Quebec Cabane à Sucre cuisine. I must mention that the quality and variety of food has remained consistent and always delicious. The food is served hot and the service is impeccable even when the restaurant is busy. The prices are always very reasonable and they offer a Sunday Night Special. In addition to dining, guests can visit the Boiling Area, a small animal farm, and enjoy sitting or walking around outside. For a small fee, guests can also take a horse carriage ride. It is important to note that guests must bring their own alcohol as it is not sold on the premises. The restaurant also has a nice Giftshop with a variety of products perfect for yourself or as a gift. The staff are welcoming and professional, making every visit enjoyable.
