Capitol Theatre And Cafe - Laurens

We support The Capitol Theatre! The new owners are working hard to bring movies to our local community, making it the only theatre in town. We love their Hershey ice cream! Wes and his wife are friendly and dedicated. Businesses in downtown need more local support. Thank you for all you do!

I visited this cafe on the downtown square in Laurens, SC for the first time today. The cheeseburger was absolutely delicious - one of the best I've ever had! The patties are freshly made, not frozen, and generously sized. You definitely get great value for your money here. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The cafe has a charming 50's decor and the atmosphere is nostalgic. If you find yourself in downtown Laurens, this place is a must-visit. Parking around the square is convenient and the prices are reasonable.

We visited this restaurant for some ice cream. The exterior may appear old and slightly run-down, but the concept of dining, enjoying ice cream, and watching a movie is fantastic. They were playing oldies music and had movie posters displayed inside.
