Rise Up Nutrition - Laurel

Long lines to enter when they have a special event. The location is in Historic Main Street. There are several other restaurants nearby.

Friendly people. Very clean. It's all herbalife stuff. I will say I feel very full, lol. The salted carmel java tasted a bit chalky. I may go back and try another flavor, that is if i decide I ever need to eat agian which currently feels unlikely.

Rise Up Nutrition is the best part about living in Laurel. The first time I walked in, Grace greeted me and made me an outstanding shake. She explained the mission of the company and invited me to their available diversity fitness events and setme up with the 3 Day Trial. I had no idea that these shakes and teas were exactly what I needed (I have been struggling with GIproblems and tried many food plans). The best thing about Rise Up Nutrition is the people. Thank you Kristen, Grace, Bianca, andDave for always making time for me and answering my questions. I love the personal connections with you and the other coaches.You are building a beautiful and strong community. Walked pass the store initially; for I thought it was supplements and such...hot as it was, ELATED to find they had shakes! Brownie Batter was delicious and Kristie(? was pleasant as well. I will be back to try other flavors for certain!

The shakes are AMAZING and the people are super friendly! Definitely try it out! The teas are perfect foe a summer day!
