Eating is okay. most games work well. the staff is helpful and friendly.

So we came to celebrate my daughter's birthday party, of course a little party that is a little more than expected. 13 children and 13 adults we had made the party contract, because we did not expect that many adult more for the children. I told my wife that I should go on and eat more pizzas and drinks for the extra unexpected that they have combo offers it was with drinks and an additional drink is $2.00 not the first time I was at chuck e. cheese. When I finally got the bill here, my shock was that everything was charged ala cart no combos. I asked myself to talk to manager, and she said in a glap whether it's ordered as they can't do anything. I feel that this is a posible great experience to a bad experience. geld is close today with gas prices and food inflation, but we wanted to celebrate their birthday. I only feel that this specifically used a situation to make the bill even higher. So now, if or if I recommend to come here to celebrate a childbirth day, I must make sure that they want to tell them that they want a combo that comes with drinks, otherwise everything will be calculated separately. I post this so everyone who reads it will know that they want a combo because it is trying to make extra money from them. it's sad that we really need to get this little thing. next time I just went to Langley parking lot, they didn't do this to us.

Great children's academy. very clean, recently renovated. Giant video screen has replaced the animatronic stage and signs. the new music and videos are better. the atmosphere is loud. the children always have fun. good for birthday parties for young children.

Chuck e. cheese has always changed with the time, but this location has changed drastically with regard to the personal. I got 20 o'clock work today (as early as I could) so I could get my stepson to celebrate his favorite place for his birthday. I came to the facility at 8:30 a.m., and immediately was greeted with us 're no longer food orders. make sure they close at 10 o'clock, the kitchen was not closed at all. I even check online to see if I could place an order and allowed me to. then I tried to ask 60 minutes for tickets. the personal also told me that they can't do 60 minutes because everyone had to be out at 10 o'clock. it was 8:30 a.m.! I hope the general manager reads this review. the personal does not care about the family that enter. the whole setting was unnecessary.

This location is currently under construction. The staff were cool and helpful here, but the food service was extremely slow( (they seemed to be under staffed) . I can 't wait to see what The updates will look like. This location look like it hasn 't been updated since the early 90s.
