Someone has to talk to this old lady here, never got my reception and she didn't want to give me my food. she said we didn't pay for the other burger when I just got a medium that fries a big drink and 2 hepper for 17$
I ordered an Impossible Burger and thanked my order taker for offering cheese and mayo, but no, thank you. I think BK needs to corporately understand why many people patronize their establishment to get a plant based burger. I only hope that it is cooked completely separate from the burgers ?
Service is slow because the management team doesn't pay enough and everyone quits. Literally no one cares about their job here. It's much more worth it to pay the little bit of extra money and go to the food places next door.
Slow but I will give them an E for Effort because they were working hard as they could with the short staff and the girl that makes the Jr Whoppers know how to do it well.
It wasn't even an employee shortage. They were unprofessional and slow. 20 minute wait time JUST to order and another 10 minute wait to be acknowledged at the window. Keep in mind it was 2pm on a Saturday. I DID NOT SPEND MY MONEY.
