Subway - Launceston

Offering the usual Subway offerings, there are options different to the usual greasy takeaway lunches. Near the busy shopping area, its convenient and reasonably fast.

Great food and great service just like you expect from all subway restaurants. I always love to visit the local stores and try out something different.

After returning from a whole day tour, we thought to order a pizza for dinner, so we telephoned the Subway. To our surprise, the minimum order for delivery was $21, that means a charge of $16 to deliver a pizza costing $5 to our Hotel, just 3 minutes by car! We went to the shop and ordered our pizza. The service was quick in spite of rush time. However, there is not any sitting place to eat the pizza. We had to eat it on a road side bench!Would suggest to keep the delivery cost as $5 as in other parts of Australia. This way they will increase their business, as thousands of tourists in nearby hotels will like to order.

Fast service, fresh wholesome food with choice of breads and salads, caters for the vegetarian, varied choices, pleasant staff, operates a loyalty card for all Tasmanian stores, will keep going back.

Good for healthy choice lunch, ideal for individual or families. clean, friendly staff and good service, sit and eat or takeaway if in a hurry.
