Sunday champagne brunch was subpar. The food was warm and most of it was fresh. There wasn't a good variety for the price. 6-8 pans for each bay of breakfast, international foods, cereals/muffins, fruit. The salad bar had the most options. The service was very good, helpful and friendly. I will not go here again for breakfast.
Sunday Brunch was decent. Not a huge selection, but not too small either. Prime rib was cold, and I'm fairly certain they had fake bacon (or at least, oddly tasting bacon)... but mimosas service were good, and most of the food was fine. I'd go again, but in honestly, they should price down to $15 (rather than $20).
Attended brunch buffet, was a decent value for the money. Our server was great. Food offerings seemed limited compared to other brunch buffets we have visited but the quality was pretty good overall and was always well stocked.
Upon arriving with our party of 7, we were immediately separated even though there were many tables open. Our party was separated into two, and the tables were no where near each other. We talked to the manager about the seating arrangements, however they said they were waiting for a reservation that NEVER ARRIVED. Our party was never assigned a waiter, which lead to confusion regarding our orders. The waiters/waitresses were EXTREMELY unwelcoming, and passive aggressive. When regarding questions about the menu we were told just look at the menu, or it doesn 't state anything on the menu not much help with the food selection, which is ultimately why we ordered off the wrong menu. Beyond the incredibly poor service, the food was unsatisfying and down right pathetic. Our sliders were burned, tacos were bland with zero taste or flavor and that was after waiting an hour. If you want horrible service and overpriced tasteless food with a side of awkwardness make sure to give this place a try!
Went for the seafood buffet. That was a joke. Smallest buffet I’ve ever seen. We tried to use the players card which says it gives you a discount. We were told the only way we get $2 off with our players card is if we use our points? Never heard of that. Also players card says you get points for dining. Asked about that and again was told that we have to use our points to get points? So confused. Will be going to the players club to ask about that. Staff was not friendly here at the restaurant. Best thing on the buffet were the potato wedges
The restaurant offers a mixed dining experience, excelling in ambiance, décor, and attentive staff, particularly at the buffet and bar areas. Guests praise the high-quality food, themed décor, and well-presented dishes, often highlighting seafood nights and photo-friendly settings. However, service inconsistencies and long waits have caused frustration for some, with reported issues in seating, order accuracy, and inattentive staff. While the live music and views enhance the atmosphere, criticisms of limited menu options and uneven food quality persist. Overall, it’s recommended for its value, atmosphere, and standout buffet, but service and food reliability may vary.

The Loading Dock is always excellent; it's the standout feature of this location. However, the rest of the establishment is deteriorating, particularly the rooms. I suggest dining here but opting to stay at the Tropicana instead.
I had an amazing experience at the restaurant! The food and drinks were incredible, the live music enhanced the ambiance, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. I spent Easter afternoon there and thoroughly enjoyed every minute.
I would give this restaurant zero stars if it were an option. We stayed at the hotel while traveling and ended up waiting a long time before being seated. The hostess seemed overwhelmed, and when our waitress came to take our order, she hurriedly placed our drinks on the table and walked away. She didn’t come back until it was time to bring us the bill, as she was too busy chatting with friends at another table—seriously. Our meals were served by someone else, and we had to flag down another waiter to get straws. We even had to refill our own tea from a pitcher we found in the wait station while our waitress continued socializing. Finally, she returned to hand us the bill, but we didn't leave a tip. The hostess was also missing for a while, which only added to our frustration. The only redeeming quality was that our sandwiches were decent. I definitely wouldn’t recommend dining here… ever.
The staff at The Loading Dock are excellent, attentive to detail, and ensure the buffet is always neat, attractive, and well-presented. They promptly clear away any empty plates. The food is high quality considering the price. It's the most photo-friendly casino restaurant I’ve visited. They also offer a seafood night and have a well-stocked bar. The theming is impressive, with tables labeled by docking bay numbers, pallets and lighting, and various dock-related decor hanging from the ceiling. There are several discounts available through the casino. I would definitely recommend this place.
During Trip Tip night, I requested the reddest slice from the whole roast, but the guy cut a well-done piece from the end and said that's all they have—no red meat available. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told he was working the register and that I could approach him there. I will never do the buffet again. If I return to the Belle, I think I'll stick with the Riverside instead.

I visited on Trip Tip night and specifically asked for the reddest piece from the roast. However, the server served me a well-done end and said that was all they had. I requested to speak with the manager, but I was told he was at the register and I would need to go there to address my concerns. I’m not sure I’ll be trying the buffet again. If I go back to Belle, I think I’ll opt for Riverside instead.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. We were staying at the hotel and decided to eat at the restaurant. After a long wait, we were finally seated, but the hostess seemed overwhelmed. Our waitress took our order, delivered our drinks, and then vanished. She didn’t come back until it was time to present the bill because she was busy chatting with friends at another table. Yes, you read that right. Someone else brought our meals, and I had to flag down another waiter just to get straws and refill our tea from a waitstation where we found a pitcher. Meanwhile, our waitress was still socializing. When she finally returned with the bill, we were too frustrated to leave a tip. The hostess was also absent for quite some time, which only made our wait longer. On the bright side, the sandwiches were good. Overall, I cannot recommend eating here at all.
I had an incredible experience at this restaurant! The staff were outstanding, paying great attention to detail and ensuring that the buffet stayed neat and appealing. They promptly cleared away any extra plates, which I really appreciated. The food was of excellent quality for the price, and this place is hands down one of the most Instagram-worthy casino restaurants I've ever been to. They also host a seafood night, which is a fantastic feature. The bar was well-stocked, and the decor was impressive, with tables labeled by docking bay numbers and various themed items hanging from the ceiling. Additionally, there are several discounts available through the casino. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!
