This place horrible and lacks customer service and professionalism. I came to review the hotel and on their property and I also got feedback from many customers who where unhappy and unsatisfied with the services and the disgusting food. Food was bland not really authentic Mexican foodBut the service was great.
So many things wrong with this food. Beans watery and no flavor, the rice was hard and crunchy. The chimichanga had no beans as advertised and barely any cheese. The salsa was water with a few pureed tomatoes. For the outrageous prices they couldn't even fill up the container with rice and beans. 2.50 for a 2 oz size of guac that is not even made with avocados

Not a bad place but not an amazing place.I ordered the bacon, ham and potato breakfast burrito, it was good. Hubby had chilequilles, he said they were not what he expected and they were ok. Son had beef rolled tacos and he, too, said they were ok. If your from the Vegas area or have visited and are aware of Roberto's, this is that kinda vibe...bbbuuuuttt Roberto's takes this win
Very good food always love the very crispy but not greasy tostadas! Salsa is good too! Chile rellenos are nice and cheesy.
